delivery
I use Royal Mail UK delivery Tracked 48 (£4.50) and aim to send your order within 48 hours. I will be in touch if it is going to take any longer.

I am based in Scotland so anywhere outside of the UK costs £20 postage and again I will aim to send your order within 48 hours.
(Please note that if you have ordered a commission I will need photos to begin work and my lead time for these pet portraits once I have received the photographs is approx. one month. This can however change according to my waiting list.)

All single animal handmade hookheads come in a gift box. I can add in a gift message and send directly to the recipient - just let me know.
returns and exchanges
I do aim to make sure all of my products are made to a high standard however if you are unhappy with your purchase or have any concerns regarding your item please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item to discuss your concerns.
Items from stock which are returned in their original condition within 28 days of purchase will be refunded. Please return the item securely packaged using insured postage and obtain proof of postage. The customer pays for the return postage (unless the item is faulty.)
Commissioned items can only be returned if faulty or at my discretion. Please contact me if you have any concerns regarding a custom order.
