This is A spade's a spade Magsie. She is a very straight talking kind of woman but kind too. She loves gardening and has just taken a moment's pause from digging to think about her plans for her vegetable plot. 
She is handmade by me (via paper mache) from the pages of both a farming article in the Guardian weekly magazine and a Sarah Raven gardening catalogue. Spade Magsie loves getting muddy in her wellie boots and finds that her gardening gloves are useful for keeping a good grip on her spade when she's digging. She likes to keep her hair tied out of her face when she's working.
She is approx 20 cm tall on her base and she would love to live in a gardener enthusiast's household.
